Dear Sir, We Went For Stool Test To My 2years

Dear sir,
We went for stool test to my 2years old kid and observed that microscopical examination result like as bellow, please suggest me that is there any infection to my kid,
OVA : Nil ( H.P.F)
Cyst: Nil (H.P.F)
pus cells :Nil (H.P.F)
Bacteria: Nil (H.P.F)
Cellular exudate ; Nil (H.P.F)


Please help me is there any infection or not and how to take care my kid for better..
