Dear sir am diagnosed with ocd ...on medication David 250 mg ,sizodon 0.5 mg thrive daily and trapex 1.25 mg...feel really low in the morning

Have developed a concomitant fear or phobia on colour designs ...though I know it is irrational cannot get over it
...causes panic , sweat and interferes with my daily life ...is there a way to address this issue directly...shall be grateful
