Dear Sir Iam Type 2deabetic Patient.for Resently. But The Doctor

Dear sir iam type 2deabetic patient.for resently. but the Doctor didn't advice to take medicine now b/c it is little bit high I.e 8.2 first try to make dietation for about three months and exercise.if there is no result u continue medicine.
1,now i have some how border of high blood presure which is 142/82 and cholustrol too.
2,now iam stareted same exercise like wolking,runing for about minum one hour on the moring on daily.
3.iam over weight by 10kg. my bell fat is huge to compare other my body.
4.in order to reduce my weight I ordered and recieve Garancia cambogia hurbal nutration.
Doctor can i gate ur advice ?
