Dear sir, my name is Ramesh. and my age is 28. I have been facing a big problem urinating again and again for around 10-12 years. I have been checked up by a govt doctor and he prescribed some medicine but there is no gain. In my medical report there is a little bit puss. Today he has prescribed only neurokind gold. I have been also facing a big problem of erectile dysfunction for around 10-12 years. I am from India and i am a poor person so i can't take a treatment of a private doctor. I am also about to get married after 4 month. i am in too much in depression. Please help me sir. I have asked many doctors online but i did not get any response. Please sir Please help me.
