Dear sir my son BRAIN MRI report says

MUCOSAL THICKENING NOTED IN RIGHT MAXILLARY SINUS & BILATERAL FRONTAL SINUS.
DEVIATION OF NASAL SEPTUM SEEN TOWARDS RIGHT SIDE.

And the doctor prescribed him ADDWIZE TABLES

can anyone help me understand what the report is & is the treatment right because I am very tense as the doctor is not responding properly & he says it's partial optism, but my son is doing good in all the fields. The only problem was his fear.
