Dear Sir My Wife Is Having Pregnancy Of 6th Month

Dear sir my wife is having pregnancy of 6th month , she is having severe chronic cough since 1 or 2 month sheis already prescribed syrup grilinctus. She relieved from cough but again she is having little little sputum during coughing , pls give me special advice, there is no gynecologist nearby.
