Dear Sir, Usually On Right Hand Side Below The Ribs

Dear sir, usually on right hand side below the ribs sweet pain will start and slowly the pain will raise to my solders of the right hand, unless I burp or pass the gas the pain intensity will increase. Went to the nearest doctor he ask for blood tests(liver functional test) and ultra sound . In blood test RBC count is 5.4 mil/cmm , total BILIRUBIN 1.5mg/dl, direct - 0.6 and indirect 0.9 rest other counts are normal. And in Ultra sound - shows mild Hepatomegaly with Grade I fatty liver. He suggest pantocid IT for 1 month and sucraday-o but still the pain is not subsiding .. i am in deli ma to visit another doctor or not
