Dear Whoever Is Reading This, I Am On Wit's End

Dear whoever is reading this,

I am on wit's end regarding my boyfriend's home situation. He is 18 and has been tormented with emotionally immature parents for a good amount of years now.
However, as of lately things are escalating for the worse, like his mother hogging his electronics so she can go on facebook, while her son is working on an assignment that can cost him his study (and with that his future). They are even forcing him to pay along for the house as of now, while he has 0 income (and what he gets goes directly to them).
Especially his mother seems to have a void space where normally human consideration and emotional read- and responses should be. It's utterly destroying his chances on a future and he won't let me help. What do I do with a situation like this?
