Developed Small Swelling On Elbow At The Base Of The

Developed small swelling on elbow at the base of the ulna two days ago with mild pain upon pressure. Now swelling has progressed to 2 - 3 inches up and down on the inside of the arm. Very slight reddish skin coloring in affected areas. ?? Pain upon applying pressure only, but very minor.
