Di Have A Large Pressure Condition On My Rat Hip.

Di have a large pressure condition on my rat hip. I have post polio and can only sleep on my ft side. I do not have the muscles to pull myself over. Have been sick since Christmas and confined to bed. I didn't understand why my leg was hurting and had a strong burning sensation until I looked is the mirror and saw Black bruises down my leg. What do I DO..?
