Diabetic (under Control ) Had 4th Digit On Right Food

Diabetic (under control ) Had 4th digit on right food removed due to gangrene on the 21/09/2015 Have had severe pain swelling area around and in wound red and is now going down to ankle fever Smells like rotten meat Doc given antbiotics in arm 4 times per day Skin around open wound looks dead? Also 3 other patients in ward are being treated and have cytotoxin They use the same toilet as me and i have stood in the urine Should I ask to be moved to another ward??
