Diagnosed 3 Months Ago With Aggressive Stage 4 Prostate Cancer,

Diagnosed 3 months ago with aggressive stage 4 prostate cancer, age 44yrs. Initial lab presentation: WBC=3.1, H and H = 9.2 and 28, Alk Phos= 807, platelets= 62,000, PSA= 2000, germ cell tumor origin, Gleason score 9, diffuse osteosclerotic metastases to pelvis, ribs, vertebrae, hips, mets to at least 4 lymph nodes and metastasis to bone marrow. Clinical presentation: epistaxis, bleeding gums, hematuria, vague back pain, pallor. Started on Lupron and Flutamide but stopped Flutamide due to side effects (hot flashes). Starting on Taxotere this month. PSA and CBC WNL now. Liver enzymes elevated. Need honest prognosis (small children at home).
