Diagnosed w/ MPN/Unclassified -5/2014 @MDA. Started Jakafi, then Vidaza. Developed Cryptocc. Pneu 11/2014. after Ambisome- 8 days - developed AKI ( Creat -2.9, and GFR 46) Taken off Jak and VidazaHospitalixed @ MDA12/30/2014 for Bilat Crypt Pneu x 7 days, on Voriconazole since - Ct's chest looking better. WBC remains @ 23,000, Hgb-13, Plts - 101,000, ANC- 21%. Developed numbness , weakness, unsteady walking x 1 mo. MRI - lumbar shows Diffusely abnormal bone marrow signal - diminished T1 signal without focal lesions. Previous Bone marr 0n 11/2014 shoed hypercellular marrow
? What does the report mean. See the Local Hem on 8/10, but would like some input.
