Diagnosed With CLL 2 Yrs Ago. In Sept 2015 White

Diagnosed with CLL 2 yrs ago. In Sept 2015 white cell count is 153,000. Lumps in lymph nodes, small lump right side of breast near, medium size. I get these very nausea spells that last for 2 days. Some weight loss. One oncologist wants me to start chemo but afraid that will make me even sicker to my stomach. I saw 2d oncologist for another opinion at Barnes Siteman Ctr in St. Louis MO. Oncologist there had me get an MRI confirming the lumps and an enlarged spleen. She does not want me to come back until Dec 2015. But, with these nausea spells; are these due to the enlarged spleen. I had a mammograph this last spring. Now this new lump I just noticed in the last week. I need more infor on an enlargled spleen and the symptoms it can cause.
