Diagnosed With IC 7 Years Ago. Released From Urologist Due

Diagnosed with IC 7 years ago. Released from urologist due to having too many pain medication left so now the only dr to see me is over an hour away. I've been in pain for a week straight in my lower stomach and lower back, when at the ER they tried to put a catheter in 4 times and kept saying that they couldn't get it where it needed to be there was something blocking it. Kind of feel lost like no one is helping me and I know something isn't right. Tired of this pain. Please help
