Dic Dayd Ago, I Just Had An Experience Of Double

Dic dayd ago, I just had an experience of double vision, blurred vision and the road moving while I was driving. I initially felt a pull in my head and my eye. I could not focus probably for about 30 seconds. I went to the emergency room and had an MRI and my MRI shows a 8 by 6 millimeter pineal cyst demonstrating homogenius t1 and t2 prolongation. Otherwise everything else is normal. I am A 58 year old female. I have noticed a slight change in my eyesight since the incident which occurred 6 days ago. Should I be concerned? I have been having headaches as well. I scheduled an appointment with a neurologist, however I cannot see her until December 9.
