Did A Brick Breaking Demostration, No Pain Until 2 Days
Did a brick breaking demostration, no pain until 2 days later, it started to swell a little so I applied ice. Bruised for a couple of day no pain now, bUT still have a bump about 1 inch diameter, it's located 2 inch before the tip of my elbow. What can I do to threat this?
