Difficult breathing, no pain loss of appetite no diarrhea lose stools lots of gas some nausea can eat but not heavy meals. Stated around thanksgiving. Went to cardiologist who said heart was in a fib increased my meds. Went to pcp who said no fluid around he as rt, but the ave mm e antibiotics for gastro viral infection. Started antibiotics on friday
