Diffuse altered signal intensities which are T2W &STIR hyperintense seen involving left erector spinae and mutilifides muscles (measuring around 6.0*3.2 cm) suggestive of contusion/scar.
Advise: clinical correlation.
This is the MRI report of Lumbar spine perfomed. Can u please tell me in detail is it serious as I have to go to work next month as I am on leave from one month.
