I have a stabbing discomfort in the right side of my body in the upper rib cage that sometimes feels like it is actually under the right shoulder blade. Also not sure if it is related, but about three weeks ago my bowel movements changed. I used to move them everyday now it is a week or more and it just feels like I am blocked or something. Discomfort in upper stomach between rib cage. This started when the constipation started. I have been diagnosed with possible pulled muscle.
