Discomfort Or Slight Pain In The Back Right Side Of

Discomfort or slight pain in the back right side of my skull. I can feel it on the suture of the brain, comes on mostly when I like down. Can last for about half hour and not every day. Sometimes comes toward the eye. I am an 88 year-old woman with COPD and horrible balance but otherwise healthy.
