Do Amirex And Tramadol Have Any Side Effects On Long Term Usage?

My rheumatologist has put me on Amirex sr 24hr, 30mg for once daily for Indefinitely.. I noticed the paperwork the pharmacy gave me said not to on it longer than three weeks. Is there a problem with being on it longer? Furthermore she has also prescribed me tramadol that I have been on for seven months.. I saw there is a "major concern" labeled on this website for Amirex & tramadol together.. How concerned Should I be? If I have to stop taking one which one should it be.? I also have a perscription for Amerix sr 24 15mg in case the 30 was to strong for me..
