Do Androfol And Finabald Tablets Prescribed For Hair Loss Have Adverse Side Effects?

I have lost my hairs slightly from my temples, both left and right and its around 3 cm deep from my forehead. Consulted a doctor recently and was prescribed Androfol-M and Finabald tablets (once per day) and Minokem-n 5% solution on hair twice per day. I am 27 and doctor diagnosed Androgenic Alopecia. I dont need hair growth. Just dont want my hairs to recede further for atleast the next 20 years. Is this treatment good. Are their any side effects like impotency?
