Do Celexa And Protonix Cause False Positive Results For Benzo?

I tested positive for benzo and I am on generic form of celexa (citalopram) and protonix for my stomach and I did not take anything else. I am a recovering alcoholic and am mad because I am in a facility that restricted me until it gets confirmed from case manager that I am okay. I have a job to start Saturday and my case manager is not in until Monday. This is the firs New Years in several years I been clean and sober. Can my medicine show positive? Thank you.
