Do Durezol, Ilevro And Ofloxacin Cause Rise In Blood Pressure Level?

My wife is using a combination of Durezol, Ilevro and Ofloxacin after cataract surgery. She was told to start using them the day before her surgery as directed by her doctor. She did just that and the day of her surgery her blood pressure shot up to 220/156. She has never experienced this before even before prior surgeries. Could the medications be causing this? She does not take any other drugs on a regular basis. Her age is 68.
