Do Glucosamine Pills Affect The Efficiency Of Synthyroid?

I take synthroid 125 units every morning. I take 2000 iu of vitamin D each evening, and a baby aspirin once every 3 days. I had my thyroid removed and was followed up with radioactive iodine treatment. One of my doctors recommended taking Glucosamine for my shoulder pain, but when I went to the pharmacy they recommended taking glucosamine with chondroitin. There is Vegetable Magnesium Stearate in the pills. will taking these pills effect the efficacy of any of my other medications?
