Do I have an allergy or another sinus problem I can rarely blow anything out of my nose but I can sniff and swallow drainage this has been going on for nine months I was treated for a sinus infection in 12/17 went back to my internist in 2/18 she says must be an allergy tried Claritin and Flonase no improvement
