Do I Need Propranolol And Aspirin For Premature Atrial And Ventricular Beats And Mild Valve Insufficiency?

I m 79 and have premature atrial and ventricular beats, mild aorta and mitral valve insufficiency, visited two cardiologists, one told me there is not a big problem en didn t gave me medicines, the other told me I need to use propranolol and aspirin to protect atrial fibrillation and blood clots. Who is right, because I asking myself am I suffer from a heart disease, or it s only the old age. Thank you very much. Kind regards
