Do I Need Antibiotics For Outer Ear Pain With Congestion, Clicking When Swallowing, And Swelling Behind The Tonsils, Similar To A Past Ear Infection?

I had a ear infection in 2019. It was the outside if my ear that was painful. Friday, I experienced pain on the outside of my ear same as two yrs ago. Today my ear still has pain on the outside but my ear is clicking when I swallow and feels congested and slightly achy inside. Some swelling behind tonsils. No fever. Temp 96.5 F. Do I need antibiotics like last time for this?
