Do Lidocaine And Marcaine Cause False Positive Test Result For Cocaine?

I have interstitial cystitis and give myself home treatments via catheter with lidocaine, Marcaine and heparin and tested positive for cocaine (which I do not use) Could the intravascular use of these drugs cause a false positive? I use others drugs for this condition as well, but wondered if these would be the ones to suspect?
