Do Metformin And Fenofibrate Interfere With Blood Thinners And Lipitor?

I am on blood thinning medication due to a stint in my heart. I take a blood thinner, aspirin, and lipitor daily for this condition. Recently, my doctor prescribed metformin and fenofibrate due to low cholesterol and high blood sugar. Will either of these interfere with my heart medications or should I just have my heart doctor lower my prescription for lipitor and watch my diet for the diabetes (my blood sugar level was 120)?
