Do Motrin, Colase And Percocet Interfere With Thyroid Medication?

I am taking motrin every 6 hours, Colase 3 times per day, and a percocet at bedtime after back surgery. I am feeling like my thyroid pill is not working anymore. If I take it at bedtime rather than in
the morning do I have to fast any number of hours before and is the motrin, Colase, or percocet a possible cause of less absorbtion?
