Do Nexito And Omez Help In Treating Pain On Left Side Of Head And Ear?

Hi Doctor, I am taking Nexito 5mg (morning after food)and OMEZ(Omeprazole Capsule IP 20mg, half an hour before food)for the connected pain of my left throught and left ear and left portion of head. I was suffering stress and strain due to some family issues. could you please tell me that this medicine can cure my disease? And what are the side effect of these two medicines. And can i take nexito 5mg at night? Jerome
