Do Octreotide Shots Taken For Neuroendocrine Cancer Inhibit Healing Of Body?

I am currently talking Octreotide shots for my neuroendocrine cancer. I have not had any surgery at this time. I ve changed my lifestyle, eating organic and going mostly pant-based. Will octreotide inhibit the healing of my body because it is suppressing growth hormones that are shooting through my body? Sorry, didn t know this was a pay as u go.
