Do Prednisone Tablets Help To Treat Scabies?

Will prednisone 10mg tablets help me with my scabies? I also got hydroxyzine hcl 25mg and a bottle of permethrin 1%lotion just kinda confused on how to use the lotion because directions are for the hair and not the body. Can i even use it on my body? Sorry for all the questions
