Do Sefstart, Besbsta And Fertipro Medications Induce Periods?

Hi. I am 28 years old. I have married since 4 years. I am having Pcod from many years also my insulin level is preety high. I am trying for planning again. My doc suggest me Sefstart once a day, besbsta twice a day and a fertipro sachet. I got my period again this month. Just wanted to ask the usage of Sefstart. I never got my periods without any medicine and this month i just had Sefstart, Berbesta and fertipro no specific medicine for periods so just wanted to ask this time i got natural periods? Or it is because of these medicines?
