Do Seroquel, Topamax And Ambien Cause Random Bruising?

I have experienced a quite big bruise on my left side lower abdomen this evening and i slept most of thr day and when i woke up i dandy notice any brusing because i had gotten ready for the mall too grab a check and thats it and go to wal mart and buy some things and come back home.... I was laying down on the phone talking tol my friend and i got up too go grab a water and thats when i noticed it ... Just to mind you im on a few medications... and i use a mediction for bipolar disorder[seroquel](200mg), Topamax(25g) for anxiety, and Ambien(10mg) for sleep.. Could any of these medications cause random bruising? Why i say random bruising is because it doesnt feel like it hurts and its just random I don't remember bumping into anything ! I'm really confused should i go to the hospital or no?
