Do Abdominal Cramps And Diarrhea Post Surgery Need Medical Attention?

I had a total abdominal hysterectomy 6 days ago. I have had severe stomach cramps throughout today and have had 14 episodes of diarrhea in the last 2 hours. I have taken 6 immodium but it does not seem to be slowing down. Do you think I should see a doctor?
