Do Abnormal Discharge Indicative Of STI?

I recently went to the gyno for an STI test. After my initial visit she noted abnormal discharge and prescribed antibiotics for trich. She called me today with my results. She told me I have microplasma and another infection. I am currently living in a country in which English is not widely spoken. There are often miscommunications. It sounded as if she said I had fibromyalgia? (But again, heavy accent, and it doesn't make sense) She asked me if I had ever been screened for oral cancer, and she told me to return on the first day of my period to begin treatment. I have tried calling the office back, with no answer. Any idea what this second infection could be?
