Do Bloating, Tender To Touch Abdomen And Frequent Bowels Mean IBS?

Hi. Today (Monday) is day three of my problem. Sat I had a lot of bowel movements. Movements stayed together for the most part but was much more than normal for me. Sun I decided to eat really light and though I had bowel movements the quantity was not near Saturday s. Today I have had a light breakfast, water and green tea. My stomach feels bloated and tender to the touch. No blood in stool, no fever really, hands and feet clammy, but that is normal for me when I m not feeling great. If this is say IBS, which I ve never been diagnosed with, would my stomach be tender after 3 days.? Typically, how long does an IBS episode last for? I have Achalasia, I ve had the surgery for it and has helped me. Just disclosing this because it is a motility disease and a gastro situation which I assume this is also. My gastro dr back home is at MGH in Boston, dr David Rattner. I am a snow bird and in FL until April. I really hate to start up something here if it sounds like dietary changes could assist me. How many more days should I let this continue if no changes are happening?
