Do Calcium,magnesium And Vitamin D Supplement Help In Treatment Of Osteopenia?

I ve been taking Evista for over 10 years. Now it s so expensive, I get relaxofene (sp) from Canada. I have Osteopenia which hasn t changed much over the years for which I had credited Evista (relaxo.). Today I read some comments by a doctor who says that the drug doesn t work well after a few years and it s better to treat my problem with a calcium, magnesium, and Vit D supplement. Do you have an opinion on this? Thank - you :-) Nancy
