Do Catamenial Epilepsy And Vasovagal Syncope Show Up On EEG Or Tilt Tests?

Hi I have non epileptic seizures during pain (menstruation) or stress build up. Does catamenial epilepsy show up on eeg and tilt test? and vasovagal synocope - how is this ruled out?
How many doctors are aware of PNES and what are successful treatments and or therapies?
