Do Chest Symptoms During A Panic Attack Require Medical Attention?

I’m 18 and I’m currently terrified. I have COVID and have been mostly fine but tonight I’m having a panic attack. I’m afraid it might be a heart attack but those symptoms overlap with COVID symptoms and I’ve always been paranoid. I don’t know what to do. Should I sleep or try to get help.
