Do Circular Lesions On Legs Indicate Ringworm Infection?

I have circular lesions on legs not a great many. They are not itchy but hang around awhile eventually after weeks heal and flake off. Could they be ring worm. Another question could they be the formation of sunspots as i sunbaked excessively when young
