Do Cold Flashes, Dry Scaly Skin And Hair Fall Suggest Thyroid Problems?

Is being cold...and feeling like you cannot get warm a symptom of problem with thyroid..did't see that mentioned...only other one listed could be the dry dry scaly skin and some slight hair thinning...do have some problem with fatigue...but I do have sleep apneah..
