Do Contraceptive Pills For PCOS Affect Pregnancy?

Hi I am 20yrs old and having less flow while periods and too much of weight gain , I did take any pelvic scan and thyriod test prescribed by an gynaecologist . Found that am having pcos and thyroid, doctor adviced me to take contraception pills which is yamini. Can I take that tablets and I want to know will that cause any problems in future to get pregnant?
