Do Cramps In Lower Abdomen, Little Blood Discharge And Vomiting Indicate Pregnancy?

I had cramp in my low abdomen abt a wk ago, i saw little blood stain on my pant. My period is due on 27/28 of April but yet to arrive. Me and my husband hv been trying to concieve for a year now. Im having light back ache, vomit twice since this week. Notice milky sticky discharge recent. could I be pregnant or What is wrong with me?
