Do Cysts In Myometrium And Adnexa Of Uterus Cause Troubles In Conceiving?

I am 26yrs old female. In 2009 UGC detected myometrium (two small 7mm and 10mm hypo areas,seedling fibroids)& a cystic area seen in the left adnexa measuring 5.5x5.1x5.0cms, vol=73.9ml and a cystic mass along the posterior wall measuring 7.0x5.8x4.1cms, vol=89ml.

After few days due to severe pain in the liwer abdomen, doctors conducted a surgery & removed the cyst. There is no pain now but my recent scan shows myometrium; small hypo areas 10-14mm..seedling fibroids. Anechoic area in right adnexa measuring 4.3x3.8x3.5cs, vol=31.7ml, left ovary normal, small right ovarian cyst (residual). i am on duolutol-l since jan-2010...

my marriage is after a monyh, want to know if i can concieve & if there is any major problem in this case.
