Do Cysts In Ovary Cause Hair Loss?

i had a hystersctomy 3 weeks ago,4-5 weeks prior to that my hair started thinning,i had a 10cm cysts on my left ovary and it was removed leaving me with just my right ovary.would the cysts cause my hairloss?will it grow back now that the cysts is gone?
