Do Delayed Periods, Nausea, Heartburn And Increased Appetite Suggest Pregnancy?

I am a week late on my cycle. I had three pt one at the hospital because I almost fainted, the other two at home and they were all negative. Im nauseated in the morning, if im not nauseated I have heartburn (which I never had), nipples hurt in cold air, I took a chewable pepto and I threw it up. And im always hungry and I can smell peoples food strongly. Is these signs of pregnancy?
